Unfortuneately, I can't get into your comment box by using my ULR. When I try, the message I have typed in is then lost. So I am attempting to send this anonymously. The message was about access to the booklet on the "Refounding Labour Changes" for individual members of the Labour Party. But I suspect there is a block on that as well.
