... at least if you are in freefall you eventually hit the ground, but not so with the Lib Dems' share of the vote it would appear. (I wouldn't mind betting the Localism Bill will soon have a new clause in it requiring local councils to appoint a Lib Dem councillor where none can get elected (or is that what the 'tenant panels' will be used for?)).

Plus good result in Scotland, indicating that much of the SNP surge had come from Lib Dem voters, no Lib Dem candidate this time so SNP did not challenge Labour or Tories

You could say that the votes of both the Conservative Party and the Liberal Democrats have been 'reformed'.

Its great that Labour are on their way back, but my concern is that you still haven't won the economic argument.

I'm not sure the majority of people understand there is an alternative to cuts. The Tories have stolen the show and Labour don't seem to able to communicate the alternative.

I'm not sure whether this is press bias or simply bad PR. Either way you are going to struggle at the next election if you can't communicate with the electorate.

There are strikes coming and this government is going to fight the likes of me with the full might of the legal system. Attacks on wages, jobs, pensions, redundancy...how is this fair. They are about to sack every public sector worker and hand out contracts to the greedy private sector. The only loser will be the workers who will be re-employed on new contracts with no holiday pay, no sick pay and poor wages.

Time for the Labour party to fight for the people who keep your party from going bust. A line is being drawn and I really don't know where this is going to end.
