Incidentally, my first Labour vote for 10 years.

I do not believe that David Miliband would have done as well because he is too closely associated with the last Labour government.

The Conservative Party did well becuase it gained seats from the Liberal Democrats. This is worrying because the same thing could happen at the next general election.

The Liberal Democrats need to recognise that the Conservative Party has embraced them. The only problem is that it is similar to the way that a lion embraces a zebra!

Good to see the BNP do so badly.
And UKIP too!

Labour did better, BUT and it's a big but you had little impact on the conservative vote. You
might just prevent a Tory majority as it stands.

I personally think the lib dems should resign from cabinet, it's been a disaster for them and the country.
