Cameron: "'It's Bolton ... or bust'

Oh dear - they didn't take Bolton, so looks like the answer was "bust"

But they did take Southampton, which nobody expected. Don't spin it, this is a bad night for Labour. I prefer Labour to the Tories but even I can see that.

I don't mind looking at the result. The tories said they were going to gain Bolton. The results indicate they haven't.

As I say, I have no problem with looking at the results.

I don;t think its a case of Bolton or bust the conservatives could win every seat in the country but there is no guarantee that they can convert it to westminister

But are seven councils up and Labour are two down. How the fuck do the Tories lose in that situation? As much as I hate to admit it, they're in a strong position to beat Labour in the next general election and take the London Mayorship.
